I took my 1st Spinning class over 8 years ago and right away I was hooked. Spinning can be very intimidating at first bit if you have the right instructor who pushes you in the right direction you will love it, it becomes a healthy addition. With today’s busy lives we all need a release, this is the one part of the day where you can concentrate on you and lose yourself in the ride. My classes are fun, motivating, but at the same time challenging. With music for every rider, the class is fun and over before you know it, leaving you wanting more! My goal with every ride is to challenge you to dig deep and find that inner athlete!
I also teach TRX Rip Trainer classes. These classes are taught in a small group for that personal trainer feel to improve core strength, power, flexibility and endurance. The Rip Trainer will tighten your core; build posture and rotational strength while at the same time boosting your metabolism.
