Who needs personal training? If you ask the health club, they'll say everyone. But, the honest answer is… everyone!
Without proper guidance or planning your exercise program will be heavily swayed towards what you are good at, with very little of what you do poorly. This is the job of a personal trainer, to take you out of your comfort zone and increase those exercises you perform poorly, yet still allow you to indulge in the exercises you excel in.
Under the guidance of a highly skilled personal trainer all of your imbalances will be targeted and erased. This allows for a level of “fitness” that you did not think you could achieve.
Does everyone need the same level of personal training? No. But everyone who utilizes personal training needs to choose a trainer that provides them with the highest quality experience available no matter what the goal is.
Every time you work out, should you be with a trainer? Not necessarily, but seeing a trainer on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis will greatly enhance the progress you are seeking.
With a highly skilled trainer a weekly appointment will provide the greatest results. At a bare minimum a trainer should be sought out to help you design a program that can be done while working out on your own.
