My group fitness instructing began in 2006 after I had taken classes on a daily basis. I started teaching cardio kickboxing, muscle conditioning and pilates classes. My whole life has been surrounded by sports and athletics, including cross country and track & field. I currently run marathons for charity and for a personal goal of running 30 full marathons in my 30’s. (I know that sounds crazy) I am extremely passionate and dedicated to being an instructor, because the benefits are endless.
